I have been under the care of Dr Chang for around 4 months now, I have a treatment plan with the expectation it will take around 15 months.
From my very first contact with the practice, speaking with the lovely Megan on the telephone to book my consultation, to my brace fitting and subsequent treatments I have had an excellent experience.
Dr Chang explained my options clearly and then Ethan sent the follow up email breaking it down clearly and concisely and answered my additional questions.
I had purchased the Groupon deal and. although my lower jaw was suitable for the social 6, my upper jaw was more complex.
I was able to pay an additional fee to get the full upper jaw fixed brace and I have been so happy with the results I am seeing and the care I have been receiving from Dr Chang.
I have recommended the practice to a friend for their son and they are undergoing treatment too.
I have no hesitation in recommending the practice to anyone considering treatment.

I had my braces fitted by Dr Yu Chen. He explains what he is going, and gives you the chance to ask questions. He is very calm and polite. Megan the receptionist is also very welcoming. I would definitely recommend registering at this practice.

I’m currently undergoing Invisalign treatment with Dr Yu Chen and he is a great orthodontist.

He takes the time to clearly explain the treatment plan to me, and has been patient and caring throughout.

I would definitely recommend him and his colleagues at Waldron Dental.

S Gupta introduced herself as it was my first session with her. She was careful and thorough. She also explained what she was doing. When I asked about flossing she recommend interdental brushes, showing me how to use them and what size is appropriate. The only negative was the shock of being charged £80 up from £50 just a few months back.BBowers

I’ve had a really bad/very stressful experience with this surgery wouldn’t recommend
I’ve been sending in complaint emails since AUGUST their yet to formally reply to this with a resolution I had to call numerous times to even get the email read. Dentist left mid treatment unexplained for around 6/7 weeks which delayed my treatment as their other dentist wouldn’t carry on his work and they had no replacement dentist to cover. I was only made aware of the situation as I was pulling up to my appointment customer service really isn’t good. It’s very unprofessional. I was given numerous different story’s as to where they thought he was (training courses, emergency, sick) I’ve had to call constantly to get updates on retainers etc some of which they forgot to order others they have said they have issues with suppliers

Sarika was really caring and listened to my worry of sensitive teeth during hygienist appointments. She went slow and reassured me the whole way. I’ve been to many dentists and this was the most comfortable and reassuring by far!
