I am not normally a review writer but feel I have to share our experience of the care provided at Walcot Hall . Throughout our late Mothers stay Connie and her amazing team showed us all nothing but kindness and compassion. They made what was one of the worst times in our lives so much easier and we are so grateful. It means so much to know that Mum was cared for so well by people who clearly love what they do and it truly is like being in an extended family . Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts . Utterly lovely. Wonderful, caring staff who give the care of the residents their absolute priority and who take pride in their work. Families are always made to feel welcome and any problems are swiftly dealt with. I can't recommend Walcot Hall highly enough.
