I had help from the kings Lynn team. I was just out of high school and unsure how to go about looking for some part time work or work experience. I had been shown top tips on creating a stand out CV. I have never been to an interview before and so my coach taught me how to prepare for those and how to answer questions, using the job description to give answers which include key words from the job description. We also done an excercise which helped me to think about what I would like from a career- focusing on what I wouldnt like and what are my 'absolute must haves'. I am really happy with the help I received and now feel confident moving forward

Chances is an amazing service. I met Bethanie on my first appointment and her kind and understanding manner really put my anxiety at ease. I had recently moved to Kings Lynn from London and was struggling to find work. I had been in my last job for many years and job hunting and interviews were a whole new ball game and the working world had changed so much and was a scary place. Bethanie put me straight at ease. She took my 3 basic CVS I'd created for different roles and transferred all that into one CV. She edited it so it was much more professional looking.
Bethanie supported me with interview skills and we practiced role play in mock interviews. This practice turned out to be invaluable and I became much more confident. I secured a job shortly after and nailed the interview. I left that job a few months later as it wasn't suited to me and had another interview and nailed that to and got the and job!!! I personally think that it provides a great service for vulnerable people or anyone feeling overwhelmed by the working world. There was nothing like this in London. I'm truly grateful to chances and the support and guidance I received from Bethanie. Thank you

They have helped me a lot with not only looking for jobs and building skills, but also with other aspects of my life and wellbeing, that I didn't realise I was able to receive help for.

Quiet place, almost hidden but once you enter through the door you find an energy inside. The place is big with smaller rooms. Very neat and tidy. The staff is friendly and always smiling.
