My experience with Vivid Healthcare, specifically with consultant Joe Antoni, was extremely disappointing. What was promised as weekly payments turned into a three-week struggle to get my money. Upon receiving my payslip, I was shocked to find out I was paid at a Band 4 rate instead of the agreed-upon Band 5 rate—resulting in a loss of £6 per hour.

Upon further research, I discovered that Joe has a history of similar actions with other people. Trusting Joe Antoni not only cost me financially but also caused me to miss out on opportunities for Band 5 positions. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Vivid Healthcare; their deceptive practices and lack of integrity can have a significant impact on your time, effort, and career opportunities.

Vivid is a great agency and what makes an organisation great is the attitude of the staff you interact with. They have great staff who show good attitude while being spoken with over the phone. I recently started working directly with one of their consultants (Robert DePeazer) and it has been amazing. I have not had a cause to frown nor complain.
