Claire is so welcoming and helpful on the phone and I love my treatments with acupuncturist and reflexologist Lora, who is extremely experienced in her field, kind and reassuring. When you walk into the clinic, you instantly feel more relaxed, it’s beautiful there. I highly recommend it!

I had a healing energy therapy with Mario I don’t think I ever fell as good and liberated as I do now. Mario knew exactly where I needed to be healed his reiki was powerful his acupressure undo years of stress on my shoulders truly recommend Mario if you need just a kick start to the year

We went for a Sunday Breathwork session with Anjupa ❤️ It was a great way to start a Sunday - and Anjupa was sending out so much positive energy and a calm.

It was my first time in the studio as I’m new to the area. I will be back each Sunday to try to make breathwork and concious breathing a part of my routine. Loved the studio aswell 🌸

(Facial) acupuncture with Lora is absolutely divine. One of the few facials that actually show results. It's also very relaxing, as she does amazing reflexology as well as facial massage, plus she is the best human being. Highly recommend!
