Been with Vitality Home Health for about a month. The Care company are just amazing extremely kind and empathetic and very professional at their jobs. The carers are now like family to me especially Jas. As tragically my parents have passed away

I just wish to say that what a fantastic help the doctor at Vitality Home Help is. My father was feeling unwell over a weekend and I made a call to the Doctor and he was so very helpful and gave great advice and also helped with a prescription that I could pickup on a Saturday afternoon. So thanks to this my father was feeling lots better on the Monday. We all know that our doctors don't work at weekends so my father would of had to wait until a week day. I'm so very grateful for his support. I would recommend the Doctor at Vitality Home Health.

As a family we are very happy with vitality home health - from the start to now the service has been impeccable, and this is across the board from all staff. My uncle has been treated with care and compassion and most importantly the dignity that he deserves. This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family but vitality home health has been there to support us as-well as my uncle. I could not recommend them enough.

My family and I employed Vitality Home Health for a live in carer for our Father who had suffered severe life threatening injuries and trauma, sustained from a major car crash, after he was released from a very lengthy hospital stay after being in intensive care. The carer lived with our father for 2 months to help with his recuperation, personal care and rehabilitation and absolutely wonderful
In every way. We can highly recommend Vitality Home Health for their total professionalism, care, who eliminated the worry and stress from us a family regarding the care for our Father after a horrendously stressful time. Our family engaged with Vitality’s services to support our father because we knew and trusted Dr Sahota as a GP. We have had some absolutely exceptional carers during our time with the agency who have been kind, empathic and just really considerate of our father’s needs and circumstances. I would like to write a review regarding VHH. My relative was cared for nearly 2 years and we found VHH to be outstanding in all areas management, reception, remarkable care staff, fantastic GP, cleaners and all connected to VHH. We would like to thank you all, especially the wonderful carers that have been supporting my mother-in-law for the last 5 weeks, since her discharge from hospital. I work within the care sector myself, for one of the local government authorities and have had many dealings with care agencies, but never on a personal level. Due to my mother-in-law’s sudden decline in health she now requires support with her daily care needs. Every single Vitality carer (Komal, Aman, Roopa, Manpreet, Jyoti, Prachi, Shabna and Chi) we have had so far have been angels, they are phenomenal & we are blessed to have them support us. The girls are all so professional and listen attentively to gain a better understanding of my 90 year old mother-in-law’s condition, as well as her state of mind. Their visits never feel rushed and they always stay until her needs are met, providing us all with the confidence in them that we need. They are professional and carry out each task meticulously, ensuring her dignity is maintained. The advice given to us by the medical director Dr Sahota, has also been extremely helpful and enabled us to make informed decisions. Thank you for sending such angels to support her and enable us to adjust to these changes. We are truly grateful 🙏🏼
