I thought the customer service was amazing. They reserved us a slot on BH Mon to give us chance to get hold of the referral. On top of this they were just so helpful with every query and even sent the results at midday instead of making us wait
For the automatic release at 8pm. Thought the customer care team were excellent.
The MRI report was detailed and so helpful. Thanks all.

Really positive experience! Very thorough US scan including scan of opposite elbow in order to compare with problematic right side.

Good discussion of findings on the day, followed by report which was also sent to my GP, as promised.

Radiologist was not only highly professional but also very kind indeed.

Went to the Salford branch, easy to park which is a bonus to me. Got seen within 10 minutes, everything went smoothly, all explained, was warned I'd feel claustrophobic having an MRI but didn't feel like that at all. Reasonable price, results were in 3 days, really haven't got anything bad to say about the experience.
Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking whether they should go or not.

Speedy appointment. Facilities were excellent. Waiting area comfortable and pleasant. Ultrasound was carried out efficiently and compassionately and very carefully. Sadly the reception staff did not engage well.

We paid for an ultra sound which isn’t cheap had to wait 40 minutes past the appointment time with no information from the receptionist, when I enquired they just shrugged their shoulders and said he’s falling behind today, ridiculous rude attitude from them. The Radiologist was good however, he did make it comfortable however they do tend to give the report in 3 days.

I am very disappointed with the service provided by this clinic. After the consultation, we sought second opinions from a family member who is a GP and a senior radiology specialist, both of whom reviewed the images and confirmed findings consistent with a stroke, matching the previous hospital CT scan. This significantly differs from the interpretation provided by the clinic’s doctor. Furthermore, the report issued by the clinic included several question marks (?), indicating uncertainty in the diagnosis. I contacted the clinic regarding this issue, but they stated they would not address the matter unless a GP formally contacts them, requiring me to spend additional time booking another appointment. This makes me question why I would choose private healthcare services if I am required to go through such trouble to confirm a diagnosis. Given these serious discrepancies, I would strongly urge the clinic to review their processes and ensure greater professionalism in handling patients’ concerns.

A first-class service, delivered by professionals, and followed up by professionals. I was unsure how the results would merge with the NHS, but it integrates seamlessly. Well worth the money. Although the diagnosis was not what I had wished for, it gives me peace of mind and the NHS can now hopefully take appropriate remedial action.

The ladies on reception were helpful and friendly
However Vista had made an error in my appointment and sent me a confirmation for the wrong date (which confirmed the date and time I had chosen), turns out the appointment they actually booked me for was for a week later. I urgently need an ECG for medication so this is very disappointing and unprofessional from Vista. Not something you expect when you are a private paying patient. Incredibly frustrating when you book annual leave for an appointment to then be turned away.
