I had to do an almost urgent MRI and the nearest slot available was in two weeks. Vista gave me the next day appointment for the next day. I was reading the reviews here and was a bit concerned. But on the day everything went well. All supportive and helpful people. I got my results back in the promised time, even earlier. Very detailed, easily accessible.
There is also paid parking space right in front of the center for those who are not familiar with Milton Keynes.

The service in Milton Keynes was very nice and helpful. I am disappointed with the MRI results on both feet and lower limbs. The description was very short, the content of the description was copied and pasted from the feet to the lower legs. The description did not match the description from Ultrasounds. There is only one conclusion: either my legs have healed miraculously - but they still hurt terribly and I can't walk, or the people who made the description are not qualified enough to do this job. For comparison, I had an MRI done at Bedford Hospital and it was very detailed describing the bones, tendons, muscles and nerves. I definitely do not recommend the clinic in Milton - it lacks professionalism.

If I could I would give zero stars. I am going through a very distressing situation. At the time of making the appointment, taking the money and the actual appointment were all good and expected when you are paying hundreds out of your own pocket. However, after that the service was so disappointing and shocking. The results were not delivered on time when I called to check on two occasions i was told two different things and the last person was so condescending and not understanding at all. The results were never delivered and I am sitting here anxious, distressed, disappointed and disrespected. When you are going to be just as bad as the NHS then please tell us what is the point? How do you justify making distressed people suffer?

Very disappointed with the result. I booked my scan (at Coventry) having had lower abdomen and lower back pain. I also began to urinate blood. The results did pick up a lesion on my prostate and some other things of less importance. My kidneys were described as ‘essentially normal’. Two weeks later I was diagnosed with cancer in my Kidney (TCC). Why this was not picked up in my scan I have no idea but I do resent paying £1500 for them to miss this life threatening cancer.

Perfect.I was super nervous as it was my first MRI scan. I was put at ease immediately and the lady who settled me onto the machine and got me prepared had one of the bedside manners I have ever had. She put me at ease and relaxed me. What a wonderful place. Thank you Vista Health. Highly recommended. Five star

My previous review has been taken down, and so I am reposting. I would not go to this facility again because they downplay their findings. It is as if you need to have had a major injury for them to acknowledge seeing anything. I was referred for a rotator cuff injury, but of course the doctor couldn't say without MRI. The analysis at Vista went on and on about how there was no rotator cuff injury. They made minor comment on arthritis in the A-C joint, but downplayed it so much that it wasn't useful for further care. In the meantime, a physio had diagnosed A-C separation based on physical examination. My right shoulder is higher than left. So what is the point of paying for an MRI is they are unable to diagnose something so obvious?

Was given a quote on the phone....after holding for 10 mins while the so called advisor made sure she had the right quote for the procedure asked about....was to send an email with the said quote..2 days later nothing..emailed for clarification...response "we don't offer the procedure....for which you were quoted" if that is the level of competency on offer....I would seriously advise all contemplating anything with this lot....try elsewhere...I wouldn't trust them with my laundry
