I have been working as a carer with VA Warwickshire for nearly a year now. I have been in care for nearly 8 years and this is by far my favourite company to work for. My husband has even said he sees a difference in me since working here. Management are always there and listen to any queries or updates, you really feel listened to. I love meeting and spending time with clients. Their stories are so interesting, especially learning about the past in England. At first, I felt a bit lonely and lost, but now I find comfort in knowing I can always reach out to someone (Surj or Hira) if I need to.

Hira is a warm and approachable person. I feel at ease discussing my concerns with her, whether they are work-related or personal. She creates a sense of unity among us all, including the clients.

She was eager to help me when I shared that one of my children had been diagnosed with autism.

If I have to describe Hira’s personality in one word, she is SUNNY.

We needed a Care Provider urgently when my Father was going to be on his own for an extended period of time due to my step mother being detained in hospital. Visiting Angels came to our aid with a very comforting and easy manner. Surjit took us through the process without too many hurdles and allocated a regular Carer to visit my Father every morning and carry out whatever tasks he needed help with. Russell.

What an excellent experience! The Visiting Angels went way beyond my expectations & were a huge help with my elderly Mother whilst Father was in hospital.

A great start to what we hope to be a fruitful onging relationship with the Angels of Warwickshire. From the first introductory phone call to setting up a twice weekly visit for my father, who has moderate Alzheimers, Surjit and the rest of the team have been outstanding.
