Thank you again for responding so quickly to our request for a night sitter last week. Dad's deterioration was very rapid and the fact that you were able to help us out at such short notice was amazing. We are conscious that Kelvin stepped into a more challenging situation than we were actually aware of at the time. We believe that night became quite difficult for both Dad and Kelvin. Obviously it ended up being a night sitter session rather than a sleep session, as I'd hoped. Please would you be able to send Kelvin our thanks and appreciation?

We would also like Stacey to know how much we appreciate her. She is an absolute treasure and a credit to Visiting Angels. Nothing is ever too much trouble. A wonderful caring soul.

Visiting Angels are supporting my Aunt in enabling her to live as independently as possible. They help in the areas she needs it the most and are in regular contact with myself with updates etc. From the start they have been very understanding and non-judgemental. Very disappointed with the service our family received from Visiting Angels. No continuity with carers. The care provided is acceptable. But calls have been missed or very late. Called the office to complain but no one returned my call. New care provider now found.

As of the 1st June 2020 Visiting Angels have been taking care of my mother for 7 months. Mum is 91 and lives alone in her own home and she's keen to remain living at home. A member of Visiting Angels visits 5 days a week and we have been more than happy with the care provided and the support given. We were able to arrange visits at a time that suits mum, and although she is quite active for her age, some days that carer is the only person that mum sees and its vitally important part of her day. She looks forward to the Visiting Angel calling and speaks highly of her carers. On the odd occasion when mum has had health issues the situation was handled extremely well and the carer stayed with mum until the situation was sorted and mum was comfortable. The company also contacted me so I was kept up to date on the situation.

Visiting Angels have been helping to care for my mum for over a year now and my brother and I are both very happy with the service they provide. We had a few teething problems in the beginning while we all got used to each other but the team could not have been more obliging and the lady who visits my mum is always ready to go the extra mile. My mum can be a very difficult lady as she suffers from dementia but Natalie is patient and kind and never gets upset and my mum now remembers her and is able to tell me how much she likes her which is a big step forward.
I particularly like the fact that the same carer always visits my mum. If she has leave or is sick another carer who has been made familiar to my mum is able to visit. It is this continuity that is a strong reason for choosing visiting angels to provide the support that is needed. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. They are always on the other end of the phone and any problems are quickly sorted out. It is a personal service which is lovely in this age of technology.

Visiting Angels have been helping us to care for Dad for over 12 months now. They truly are Angels. We've had the odd blip but nothing that wasn't sorted out quickly and efficiently. They are always on time for visits and stay for the whole time (and sometimes longer) that they're paid for. All are so friendly and caring and alert us to any problems that Dad may have. Dad is happy with them and looks forward to their visits. They work with us as a family to ensure Dad has the best possible care. Highly recommended.
