My first time having to get carers for my 86 year old mum. From first contact with Matt they were thoroughly professional but also very warm and caring. I needed someone to care for my mum whilst I went on holiday, we had an introduction visit before I went away which was great so mum could meet the carers. Would highly recommend and use again

Visiting Angels are so caring.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
My Aunt has had two stays in hospital recently, and the Visiting angels were there to help her get settled back home again.
Living a distance away is difficult for me, but I know that Matt and Elmira are only a phone call away.
The carers are all very kind, and my Aunt really enjoys their visits.

I am disabled and struggle with some things. Usually, my wife is around to help with these things but she was planning to visit our son and family, who live abroad. Because of my disability, I am unable to accompany her. Many homecare services offer a minimum of 1 month, but Visiting Angels South Manchester was happy to provide just 3 days of service. Initially I received assessment visits from the Manager, Matt, and the CEO, Ellie. These were very pleasant and informative; they put me at my ease. The tasks that were undertaken by my three homecare visits were very helpful to me, but the most important aspect of it all was the peace of mind that my wife and I had because I was well supported while she was away. We will be very happy to use Visiting Angels again and highly recommend them.

Visiting Angels in South Manchester fulfilled all expectations in supporting me and my wife through her recovery from her first major hip surgery this winter. We needed support at short notice as a result of my own mobility issues (stroke related) and my wife’s recovery from major hip surgery. The team managed our routine domestic chores competently on a daily basis over 6 weeks. We have retained their carer service on a weekly-visit basis in preparation for the likely 2nd hip replacement. The service truly lived up to its name, and as an aging couple we recommend it with no hesitation. We particularly appreciated the “birdie” app which records each visit, and the ongoing hands on personal contact from the managers.

I've been with Visiting Angels Manchester South as the Registered Manager for a couple of months now and it's been such a great experience. My managing director, Ellie, is very friendly, approachable, welcoming and supportive. Her positivity and support made me feel at home pretty much instantly.
