Really lovely, kind genuine greeting and care throughout my visit. I have been needing optical and visual care for the last twenty years or so… this was the best appointment and assessment I have ever received. All the staff were fabulous and the Optometrist Nigel was magnificent. New lenses were ordered and several bespoke items added. I could not believe how fantastically I could see when I returned a week later and put on my new glasses! Amazing result and so quickly organised. A truly marvellous shop and bunch of staff. Thank you so much.

The yearly eye check went according to plan. The optometrist was professional, thorough and friendly. Assistants too, had a professional and friendly approach to their tasks. All in all, a pleasant experience with an assurance that this important area of health was being looked after carefully.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Had a great explanation behind my eye scans, definitely more in depth than I’ve had from other eye are providers in recent times. Not given a hard sell and treated well. Lovely staff. We will definitely be returning. Also super convenient location.

Excellent sight assessment, care and customer service after my recuperation from two cataract surgeries. Craig is extremely professional in explaining the assessment & prescription. Bethany was great at helping choose frames. Wendy was excellent managing the final handover of two new pairs of specs & explaining possible future eyesight changes (the dreaded ‘ageing process’!) Would wholeheartedly recommend Vision Express Morpeth.

Managed to somehow score an eye test on Thursday morning having just called in on the way to work. Extremely thorough test with a wonderful young lady, who explained everything and made me very confident I was in good hands. Chose new glasses, and by some sort of magic they were ready to collect two days later. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming, and this feels like a true family business, where the customer really is treated like royalty.
I am so grateful to the team at this brilliant business, and can whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

It's not got the super high rating for no reason. I was dealt with by three people yesterday. All really nice and friendly, smart, professional and punctual too. A very thorough eye test and helpful assistance choosing my glasses.

Always brilliant in here. My GF uses this place too and the pair of us only have good things to say.
