When I arrived there was no record of my appointment even though I had email and text confirmation, my previous records had also been lost. There was a cancellation so I was able to have my eye test. The optician was excellent, put me at ease and explained everything and the reasons for it, couldn’t fault them at all.

My best experience finding glasses frames to date! Amazing staff and the best store for options when it comes to glasses. Saeed who assisted me was a STAR! He went above and beyond to find the glasses frames that suit me, listening as I described what I liked and didn’t like; bringing me a plethora of options and being patient as I indecisively decided what frames to chose. He also informed me of the best deals available, he’s made a returning vision express customer out of me. I will surely be back and recommend Vision Express Greenhithe Bluewater!

I had an excellent and thorough eye test by a caring and friendly Optometrist at Vision Express Bluewater. This was followed up by excellent service from the lady who dealt with dispensing my new specs. She was patient, presented me with all the best options for my prescription and helped me save money. Couldn’t ask for more really.
I have used Vision Express for some years now but this was far and away the best all round experience I’ve had.
Highly recommend them.

The ladies at reception were welcoming and the ophthalmologist was easy to talk to . I am so impressed with the young lady who helped me to choose my glasses, she was spot on in the end with her choice. I'm happy I choose vision express! The number of patients on a Sunday spoke volume!

The Ophthalmologist (Danya) was excellent. However, the shop needs much better management. The queue time for myself and other customers was appalling. I waited nearly an hour from the agreed time. No one gave any updates/reasons for the delay just said sorry. Do you care about your customers? Do you want us to take our business elsewhere?

Had a contact lens and eye check with Sundas Qayyum. It was a great experience, for the first time in a long time it felt like somebody was genuinely interested in trying to help me get the most out of my limited vision. Sundas was engaging and easy to talk openly and honestly with. There was no rush and she was happy to experiment and explore as many variations on lenses as required. Sundas offered friendly honest advice on how to manage my high prescription and her time and efforts are much appreciated. Would highly recommend.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Kristina for her outstanding customer service. She was not only friendly and empathetic but also demonstrated exceptional professionalism and efficiency.

I reached out with a grievance regarding my prescription, which I urgently needed. Unfortunately, despite assurances during my initial call the previous day that it would be emailed to me by the end of the day, I had not received any communication from Vision Express. However, when I called again the next day, Kristina stepped in and completely turned the situation around.

She took ownership of the issue, promptly followed up, and ensured that my prescription was shared with me within an hour. On top of that, she went the extra mile by calling me back to confirm that everything had been resolved to my satisfaction. Her proactive and customer-focused approach not only resolved my immediate concern but also restored my trust in the Vision Express brand after an earlier experience that fell short of expectations.

I am pleasantly surprised by such excellent service at Bluewater Shopping Center. Everyone working there was extremely nice. But I especially want to mention a young lady named Kristina. She was very patient, professional, kind and responsible. She answers all the questions that arise. It was an absolute pleasure to contact Vision Expres. I will always come back to this store and will be happy to recommend it to my friends👍
