I am trying to log into The Vine medical group , what a joke . Have tried 6 times eventually got into my account only to be told that the website closes at 3pm however at the time it was 2.15pm then a message appeared saying we are not taking any more applications at this time as full capacity!! How ridiculous is this all I want to do is book an appointment to see a GP why us it so difficult these days 😕 you have to be dying to get to see a doctor . I don't have a litcof spare time to do these silly online requests but then when I do have spare time the website is closed. You can't get through on lines as in a queue if 25 plus then the line cuts you off after holding for 60 minutes. Can't book appointments by walking into surgery. I will now be looking to go to another surgery as had enough of this stressful surgery obtaining appointments that you can't get. I know a few others that have the sane issue.

I would give this surgery 0 stars if I could! I used to be registered to this surgery, the service was appalling, reception staff unhelpful and rude and generally always had a bad experience. When leaving for uni I changed surgery’s and my new experience with my current surgery just goes to show how awful and terrible this group practice is and how their systems work. I work in the NHS and first hand know the strain on gps and practice nurses but it’s no excuse for poor quality care. On top of this they lost my mothers specimen samples that were needed to start treatment of an ongoing issue that needs surgery. Today she phones for an update as it’s been over two weeks since she handed them into reception and they’ve been lost! And I’m honestly not surprised because of how terrible the service here is. Don’t register here, anywhere else is bound to be better.

Always poor service from Vine, however, should be noted that nearly all clinical and non-clinical staff are lovely, it’s the poor management and overall organisation that fails, alarmingly when I made a formal complaint, one of the partners response was to blame it on the patients for not using the eConsult service, or overloading the practice with illnesses that didn’t warrant clinicians time etc, with no ownership of poor processes and communication which are a significant issue.

The last 3 letters/messages asking me to book routine appointment, such as blood tests via the NHS app, are impossible to do as whenever I log on there are non available at any site.

Two weeks ago, my daughter completed an eConsult complaint of chest pains, the text back to her was “duty doctor has clinically reviewed her and would like to offer an appointment in two weeks” that night we ended up in A&E

I had a UTI, in pain etc, response from eConsult - we are at capacity please see a pharmacist….

Honestly this is the worst experience of care I’ve had, not necessarily because of the hard working clinicians, but the poor process etc as stated, and the blindness suffered by the people running the practice as to why their outcomes are so poor.

I was further alarmed recently when I was told they’d won the contract to run the new primary care service on the Berewood estate, should this be true, the commissioners should take a hard look at themselves and possibly the reviews online; it’s simply a joke

Had an appointment, for which they sent me two email reminders, then 30 minutes after appt time I was eventually seen. It was only a routine checkup but overall service was dreadful - I provided my own weight figure and when I said I hadn't taken my own blood pressure they checked it. A 20 minute appointment was rushed through in 5!

They never pick up the calls, even when you call first thing in the morning.
Even if you hold, it can take 90 mins of wait time then you get cut off.
Similarly, if you chose to request a call back, nobody gets back to you.
I have tried to get an appointment for the last 3 days, using all of the above methods with no result.

Appalling wait times. If you wish to speak to a GP it will be at least a week before they see you. Leaving to feel unwell without caring. Unintuitive online system and a lack of empathy from staff.
