The whole experience was like a breath of fresh air from booking the appointment to the consultation itself. The secretary was helpful, chatty and super efficient. Vik Veers himself was friendly, attentive and helped me make sense of my worrying symptoms. The information he sent after the appointment was thorough, detailed and extremely helpful. I cannot recommend Mr Veer highly enough. He is very personable, taking an active interest in each of his patients. He provided me with detailed explanations about my symptoms and the recommended treatment plan during the consultations. I have been snoring for at least 25 years and saw my local ENT consultant twice during this time. On both occasions I was told that my sleep study did not show significant sleep apnoea and that no further action was necessary.
I found it impossible to believe that it was normal to feel so tired all the time when I was 'sleeping' for 7-9 hours every night and still not waking up refreshed in the morning.
I found Mr Veer on YouTube when I was trying to interpret my sleep study for myself and it was a eureka moment!
I saw Mr Veer for the first time last week having undertaken another sleep study using his superior machine. It was wonderful to finally have confirmation that I do have a sleep disorder and that action is necessary!
I was a nurse for over 40 years and can honestly say that Mr Veer is one of the most delightful surgeons I have ever met. He is calm, extremely knowledgeable, friendly and warm with an engaging sense of humour. Having looked at my sleep study in great detail he has now recommended another investigation in order to discover the exact cause of my airway problem.
I now feel confident that Mr Veer can improve my sleep and, as a result, improve my life. I wish all ENT surgeons had his passion for understanding snoring and I cannot recommend him highly enough. The importance of good sleep to our health should not be underestimated and Mr Veer is a shining, leading light in his field.

I’ve never met Vik, but he has probably the world’s most useful YouTube channel for people suffering with sleep, nasal and other ENT issues. The videos have really helped me with mild nasal and sleep issues, for which I’ve had unhelpful & inconsistent advice from my own medical professionals. He’s clearly knowledgeable and wants to help. First class surgeon. I cannot recommend highly enough. I was using NHS and a CPAP but struggling. Mr Veer diagnosed me with severe sleep apnea me using DISE. Planned carried out 3 surgeries using latest techniques and nano gel to heal wounds. He uses latest techniques and medications.
My recovery from the tonsillectomy has been quick( and I had large tonsils).

Mr Veer is very professional easy to talk to and engaging in style. You cannot go wrong in using him.

I saw Mr Veer earlier this year to investigate my Hyposmia. He took great care to ensure I was well informed and was very patient with my questions. I left with a treatment plan I was happy with and enjoyed a nice nostalgic discussion about video games. I'd gladly recommend him.
