Thank you for saving my life Victory clinic & staff...with out this program I'de be 6 ft underground...The Doctor that's in the facility NOW listens to me and my concerns regarding my sobriety and when Im not feeling my best, she really goes above and beyond to do what she can do to help me ( THANKS DOC, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE ( CANCER) sisters ? ...The staff is kind and courteous and I am welcomed with a smiling face every time I come in on my day from the Beautiful AWESOME secretary at the desk, no matter how busy she may get she is always very polite and friendly...and to top it off the counselors are Excellent and very personal and caring, and they are there for your every need...and I can't forget about the nurses at the window that are there day in and day out...They are the main ones us clients see everyday and most of us have real close bonds and relationships with them..they work hard and as fast as possible to keep the line moving to get us all out of the building as quickly as possible, bcz most of us have to get to work right after leaving the building...THANK YOU NURSES, YOU ARE APPRECIATED MOST OF ALL I THANK THE GOOD LORD JESUS CHRIST for leading me to this program, The LORD is my ROCK and hes NEVER FAILED ME....THANKS VICTORY CLINIC...YOUR SAVING LIVES ONE PERSON AT A TIME Or more like numerous people at a time ❤❤ GOD BLESS YOU ALL THAT WORK IN THIS FACILITY....GOD BLESS YOU ALL ALWAYS & FOREVER...

Never being in a recovery program before, I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone was so professional with ensuring I had all the information needed to start my journey to recovery without being nervous about not knowing what to do. They never made me feel like I should be embarrassed or ashamed. They really get to know you, so they can better help you. I would recommend to anyone that needs help to come to Victory clinic in Battle Creek. You won't regret it!!

I switched to this clinic here in Battle Creek, from Kalamazoo the day they opened. After dealing with all the nonsense, crowds of people, long wait time for years at the Kalamazoo clinic this was a wonderful change of pace and much needed transfer. The staff running this facility are always helpful and very kind. On top of it being hassle free, fairly unpopulated the experience is delightful and easy.

I started back at the kalamazoo clinic in 2009.. then moved to the battle creek clinic and I even attended they're jackson clinic at one point for about a yr. Victory clinic is an amazing caring place if your serious about your recovery this will work for you if your not serious about your recovery they will help you to be serious. My first therapist there was Doug he awesome he retired I then got a therapist name kylie who was even more wonderful and really helped me to live myself again. I don't attend victory clinic and I live in minnesota now but kylie still calls to check on me and doug would too if he had my number . These people saved my life Dr. Jean dr. K dr. Warren bernard the nurse your great nurse ashley you all are great people and I love y'all n think of y'all often love bobbie hanson

Been attending for over a year at battle creek location. Had a heart attack and since have been swept aside like they are afraid to help anyone with a physical problem. They immediately dropped my dose by 20%. Finally showed them I was stable and can't get back my takeout's. I've had 2 counselors and my 2nd is leaving.

This is probably the best clinic I've been to in Michigan, it's conveniently placed, easily accessible and works absolute wonders (if your willing to follow the requirements of this establishment to get it's full benefits).

Great place to start recovery, some of the staff think they are better than patients but all around it's a good place to get clean
