Called to get information regarding outpatient services. I was told they were not taking new patients. I then asked if they could refer me to another place that was taking new patients. I was then instructed to "Use Google.". Surely this guy was having a bad day. So I called back a couple hours later. A women answered and I explained again what I was calling about. Got the same answer, no new patients. Okay, can you tell me a place that might be able to help me? NO. Really? WOW. I would hate to be someone needing critical mental help and to call or go this place for help. No compassion, no wanting to help. Sounded more like I was bothering them.
