Never answer the phone - receptionists are rude, miserable and unhelpful to say the least. Been kept waiting over an hour before to see dentist and passed from pillar to post phoning different surgeries to get an appointment. Last saw dentist in March and have to wait until next year January for next appointment. Beyond a joke. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I contacted the surgery today due to toothache. The service I received was excellent. The receptionist I spoke to was very understanding and helpful. She managed to arrange me an appointment for today. When I arrived at the surgery the service continued to impress. The staff were polite, courteous and very helpful The dentist explained everything that was happening and was very reassuring. Thank you all.

Worst Dentists ever! Receptionists have huge attitudes & don't take account for their errors. Only schedule checkups for once a year & don't contact you when checkups are due. My little boy was here too & went for appointments but only once the dentists looked at his teeth. A couple of the dentists are OK but the practice in general is terrible. I have now gone elsewhere.

Used this dentist all my life.
A few years ago I needed to reschedule a surgery due to my degree and I heard nothing back
The issue wasn't causing me any stress so I decided to wait it out. I didn't heard anything and a few months ago I tried to book an appointment
"We removed you for inactivity from our patient list"
No warning, nothing. A serious dental issue I now can't treat due to waiting lists and a poorly ran and outright awful treatment of patients

Not a patient but received an emergency appointment with no fuss. Staff were very professional & all the negative reviews are just b/s.

This dentist got one star because I couldn't put zero. I went to this dentist to have a filling put in...and after making my mouth bleed excessively and having to wait an hour for the bleeding to stop, the filling fell out 2 hours after. Reception staff very unprofessional as had to wait for them to place their food order before they served me at the desk. While paying for the pleasure of being tortured I was also short changed and had to stand and wait for longer for them to count the till before they would give me the correct money. Very poor. Avoid at all costs

Disgraceful place. Reception staff are rude and unprofessional. They cancelled our appointment 4 times and when we finally managed to see the dentist he refused to see us as "the computer was down" and he didnt want to write notes. It then took them 4 months to rearrange that appointment. Found a new dentist and left there.

Been with this dentist all my life until now. Had plenty of ups and downs but recently turned away when in desperate need and in pain. No sympathy from the receptionist and no alternative offered as I was simply not their problem anymore!
