My wife and I have used this surgery for about 3 years and have always had very good experiences. Get regular blood readings for ongoing conditions and have been promptly referred for scans etc. on occasions anything was concerning.

Take health concerns seriously when we have any.

Since I mostly go for blood tests I'll specifically mention Francesca Woodhead who is friendly and very skilled at taking samples quickly and without any pain.

The worst practice out there. You struggle to get an appointment if you call at 8am then they made me an appointment but didn't schedule the call so I waited two weeks and didn't get a call. Then they tell you to call at 8am and it's impossible to get a consultation. It has been a nearly a month since my GP told me to get an appointment following my treatment and I've not been able to to. Dia service. Avoid.

The doctors are very subpar, I spoke to two over the phone when I should've been given an in person appointment, they did very minimal investigation into my health problems apart from the things I asked to be tested. Then, when the results were back and looked normal they didn't offer any other advice and were very dismissive. Definitely felt like they put me into the young and healthy category so it'll sort itself out. Very happy to have moved back to Australia and have my old GP back. Receptionists are also very unhelpful and rude, didn't let me book a follow up appointment in advance and then failed to follow-up on two occasions. When I rang to book the follow-up myself they were reluctant to let me book as my test results were 'normal, no follow-up'. Not sure why they thought this meant my health problem went away, and it also makes me very uneasy that receptionists make calls like this! Even when booking they ask what your issue is or you have to fill out a form and describe your issue and then they deem whether you need an appointment or not. Not any of the receptionists business, very poor system.

The GP just "visits" you via phone (whatever this means). There is no way to book an appointment. 50% of the time, the reception personnel is rude, and doesn't help you with what you need. I had a repeatable prescription, that on the second time after I changed referral pharmacy, didn't arrive. The pharmacy told me they sent two emails to the GP, but they never replied. They also sent me the proof of sending. What came out is that the practice failed to update the referral pharmacy even if on the first delivery I could reach the new place. Also they claim you need to know information that is internal (such as the way they request medications from the pharmacies). Overall a very bad experience. I just got a new GP and I feel a lot safer. My advice is to avoid them if you can reach another practitioner.

Incredibly frustrating experience, each time I called it was a different excuse. No same day appointments, only advance appointments, then no advance, only same day but oops we've run out of those too. The reception staff are cold and rude and insist on being told the reason you need to see a doctor and punish you if you don't by withholding appointments and information. Less than useless.

Appointments are always 15 - 25 mins late, difficult to plan around GP appointments.

This Monday (15 May 2023) I walked in directly to this GP Clinic early in the morning before 8 o'clock for my first consultation. The reception lady named Suzanne is nice and effectively confirmed me in a card with an appointment that afternoon after understanding I had difficulty in answering the clinic follow-up call for consultation appointment. She helped me whole-heartedly and exhibited excellent service quality for an aged patient with treatment in progress.

She is kind-hearted and diligent, which I can only remember to admire her work in writing to this clinic management. Thank her very much ♥️

This is an excellent GP Clinic with high values of the supporting staff Miss Suzanve.

I have a specific fear of needles, and every time I have blood tests, I am terrified. I want to thank Francesca, the nurse who drew my blood today; she was very professional, sweet, and kind. Another special thanks to Dr. Ronke (I hope I spelled her name correctly, sorry if not) for examining me last week, and to the entire team at the reception for their prompt assistance.
