My apparent Key Worker was off sick while I spent money on a bus and sat for an hour to finally be told They have done this several times and there is no contact with them
You are better off speaking to your family and friends
Only put 1 star as I had to for me to post

Edit; so Via Kingston Community Wellbeing Service has absolved themselves of my review. Yet they haven't reached out to help me!!!!

Nothing has changed, my review is valid!

Completely unhelpful service.

They force you to fill in their online survey to estimate your mental health from 1 to 10.
They then call you for an assessment where they pretend to care about your issues.
They then contact you to say we have a counselling service which basically means a babysitter that will listen to you spill your heart out but will offer zero help or feedback just respond with condescending "ooo.. arrr... (Fake concern) that mustn't feel nice, I can imagine you aren't very happy with that situation" etc
Or, Do our course of cognitive behavioural therapy which cures everyone of their mental health issues. Doesn't matter what it is our CBT will cure it!
Absolute sham of a service.
Shame on your iCope!!!

Worst experience here I wouldn’t recommend to anyone if you are really in a crisis.
My therapist cancelled 3 times in a row.
Which is fine
But I’m really struggling with my mental health and my mum passing away and she cancelled all the last few sessions we had on me when I was on the call and said I didn’t show up?
Wasted my time I had to wait months for this therapy too!
I’ll just deal with all my issues on my own.

Lots of faffing round and confusion around my appointment from the get go with me first receiving a voicemail from a lady saying she had face to face slots available. I phoned to book one and the gentleman who answers the phones was completely unhelpful and I was booked in for a telephone assessment. I then received another phone call from this gentleman nearer the time of my telephone assessment to say, no, it was indeed meant to be a face to face appointment so he booked me in for one. All of this obviously caused delays in me getting help. Then, on the day of my face to face assessment, the person I was meant to be seeing was off sick so my appointment was cancelled on the day. That part I don't mind, these things happen. However, I then received a text to say that my appointment the next day was with a therapist whom I had made a complaint about previously due to his awful manner.

The lady I spoke with said all she could do was email the therapist I was initially scheduled with to see if she had any available slots and she'd have her contact me. I heard nothing after more than a week so I emailed and received a call back offering me an appointment with a completely new person at a completely new centre. I took it, for the 22nd June.

Then, on the 8th June, I received a new text to say that this appointment had been cancelled.

Given up with them. Utterly incompetent.

My supposed therapist cancelled 2 weeks in a row, and said it was because she was 8 months pregnant and tired on a Monday after a busy weekend sometimes. Don't take on a job if you can't commit? Considering the sessions were supposed to run for 6 weeks she would have been giving birth half way through anyway although she said she would not be missing any appointments. I requested a new therapist and heard nothing back. Don't bother, they will just make you feel worse.

Waited for a referal for months. As I have adhd and autism they said they "weren't trained to help with my issues" and signposted me to the Sun Project. I was led to believe this was a proper service where I'd get professional help. It was a group peer support group. I thought I'd give it a try. 2 months in and I haven't heard a thing.. I wouldn't recommend this service to my worst enemy

Same as others, rang to book up - was told would be put on introduction morning and group session. Advised couldn't make introduction due to work said would book anyway and if can make it then great would be still booked in on the grp session. Couldn't make intro AM got letter from them saying as I didn't turn up my referral been cancelled. Rang them up one guy said the other who offered the grp shouldn't of as didn't exist and said would get the original guy to ring me back and sort it. Never heard back and got another letter stating my case was closed and would have to go back to my Dr to see these guys again.
