After experiencing pelvic pain during pregnancy I saw Clare and I received excellent care. She was professional, caring and has enabled me to significantly reduce pain and resume activities. The online exercise program is easy to access and use, clear communication/reminders about appointments and reasonably priced. Brilliant.Alex and Clare are very skilled, caring and thoughtful. If you need physio they are better than any others I have visited and their advice is simple to understand and the exercises tailor made for the individual. I ruptured my Anterior Cruciate Ligament on the first day of a skiing holiday.
After it had happened I was convinced that a long period of recuperation after surgery would be needed. But I was up and (not quite) running very quickly and the exercises prescribed by Alex have strengthened my muscles so that surgery has not been necessary.
I will be back on the snow this coming season.
I want to thank Alex and the team for sorting me out so well.

I am attending Alex's Pilates classes, the class numbers are small, ensuring you get the individual attention needed to make sure the exercises are done correctly. The classes are friendly and enjoyable and I would recommend to anyone.
