If I could do a minus review I would. This company is by far the worst care company I have dealt with. We have had to put several complaints in and I am now moving away from it. They don't order medication on time and the service users are left without medication for days. This is neglect. Also when the carers don't want to do their job they find your mobile number off the paperwork and send rude demanding texts or ring you and speak to you like rubbish. The people in charge couldn't be any less bothered when you ring them. They have a cant be bothered attitude and don't wish to help you. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
