Hi is would like to say it had a great experience but I have not ,when I first mentioned to veolia about my problem you were very much out to resolve this problem and we did when Lewis was their ,but since you have new management everything that was said by you veolia is denied by the new manager ,we were last year swarmed with vermin flies and this problem is now this year and once again we can't open our doors ,windows,or even sit in your own garden ,because the new manager bought 400 fly bags for £400 buy cheap get cheap ,well these are not working ,I would of thought Veolia was a company that would keep their word ,but under new management this is not the case and for this ,lots of homes are being destroyed by flies ,and your company does not even care ,what a shame I have to write this but truth had to be said ,and do something about the smell ,you spent all that money for a spray system to stop the smell that seems never to be used ,sometimes the smell is so bad you could be sick ,my last visit was disgusting, I was treated like dirt on the sole of your shoe ,total ignorance and that was a Greenwich council worker , so im asking are you going back on your word of 4yrs or will you kindly resolve this problem ASAP as we are the ones having our home ruined by vermin and this has to stop it's totally disgusting, you may contact me anytime for a chat im more than open to talk .this is the Nathan way veolia SE28 0AB

This employee of yours has literally disposed his cigarette butt right through the gate from your enterprise despite the fact he was in a smoking area and a cigarette bin it’s literally right next to his hand. I feel bad doing this kind of reports from time to time but not nice for the environment, not nice for the city. Will he do that to his garden? Anyhow, please take actions and educate your employees not to make the place where I live a 🗑️. Thank you!

Watch for hidden costs sent price on email 300 only put wood in skip then charged again to empty it then charged another 300 I get skips every month first and last time I’ll use this company never been charged so much from any other company so be warned as there was no mention of this
