I have been with this practice since the 70s and have never had any problems. Sometimes you cannot get an appointment but they have a lot of patients on their books. The receptionists and doctors are very helpful and understanding. Also its a very clean surgery.

Grateful for My GP

I’m incredibly happy with my GP! They are always kind, patient, and truly listen to my concerns. Their professionalism and clear explanations make every visit reassuring. I appreciate their personalized approach and genuine care for my well-being. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such empathy. I feel lucky to have them!

If I could give them 0 stars I bloody well would ! I have been coming to this doctor surgery for 15+ years ! Last 3 years iv had nothing but problems ! I didn’t change doctors as it’s not like I come here every day it’s once in a blue moon …

They refused to give my daughter medication when she really needed it , you get spoken to like rubbish specially when Karim was there I constantly put in complaints and so did other people and nothing was ever done about it.

The receptionist actually swore at me in front of my daughter and doctor Coco actually witnessed her swearing at me and yet nothing was done and coz I raised my voice back at her I get a written warning and she got let off … they all sick together in that doctor surgery always talking in the language so u don’t know what’s being said which they shouldn’t be allowed to ! As how do I know they ain’t talking about me or other patients! You can never get thru 200-400 calls you have to make just to talk to some one !

So i get a lovely letter thru my door saying they have taken me and my daughter off there system for being rude , when I actually went down there and spoke to the manager … which the manger ain’t even Been there 5 years ….. iv been there since I was a kid and coz they refused to see my daughter and refused to give her medication that she actually needed yeah I told him how it was and that day I actually left the doctor surgery as this doctor surgery are absolutely useless !

They also gave out wrong medication to my friend that put her in hopsital which she almost died which we also have evidence off ! and they have a cheek to report me to NHS England 🤣

Iv reported this doctor surgery as not once have they ever dealt with my complaint . So I have every complaint I have made to them , dates and times … now they are going to be investigated shame . You don’t get to treat people like rubbish .

I have always had a great experience at this GP practice. The staff are friendly, the doctors are attentive.They take the time to listen and provide excellent care. Highly recommend.

The worse gp in the planet.It has been years that tou cant get hold of the doctor while he parks hes car there everyday chilling while he gets paid and ignore all the patients.
Worst go,they must close this as soon as possible!!!

To be honest ive had a range of problems with this surgery over the years, but recently had cause to want a second opinion, and have received really excellent service ... Firstly from Shabana on reception, who was incredibly helpful, empathetic and professional... an absolute asset to the surgery. Then secondly from Dr Kageha, who patiently listened to my history and concerns, agreed to testing and adjusting my treatment, and has been an absolute breath of fresh air in terms of approach, knowledge, understanding and engagement. Visiting a GP surgery can be very stressful and I can honestly say both these interactions made the world of difference to me at a worrying time.

Trying to get through and make an appointment is impossible and disgraceful! Shame on you as a practice to treat your patients this way! Either change your appointment system, hire more admin staff to answer calls or stop taking on new patients (are you all about the money you recieve from the NHS) and try provide a quality service to the patients you already have! I am still on hold whilst writing this review trying to make an appointment, 50min on hold so far and counting! Disgusting, shameful! Practice manager needs to go!

I couldn't find anything to complain about this practice. Excellent caring GPs and helpful staff. Getting appointments is a problem everywhere. You give respect to staff and they will do anything in their remit for you.
