I don't have anything bad to say .
Had my car with them September 2024 with a handful of problems. They were clear helpful and informative all the way yes they are slightly more expensive than others but you get what you pay and they are worth every penny. I waited till now to review just in case but I can't find anything bad to say . Big thanks .

VRS is the place to go. My Audi was put in there very capable hands to diagnose and fix multiple issues. Will and the staff have been so kind to see that this car was 100% perfect before allowing the car to be collected. The attention to detail and the workmanship is outstanding. The knowledge that the technicians have at vrs is exceptional.

Would like to say a big THANKYOU to everyone that has had the pleasure to have worked on the car. She will be loved and Thankyou for making me feel so welcome on pick up. The new reception area looks 10/10, matching the great service.

Spoke to Will on the phone who managed to squeeze me in at the last moment. On the phone Will was straight to the point and clearly very knowledgeable about my car's engine. On the day of the visit the gentleman who greeted me was extremely friendly and also very knowledgeable about the engine fitted to my vehicle. This filled me with confidence knowing that my car would be looked after and given the best treatment possible. Work was completed on time and to a very high standard at a very reasonable price. Both Will and the other gentleman (sorry didn't catch his name) took time out to go over the findings and what they would recommend as the next course of action. Would highly recommend VRS performance as they clearly know what they are doing and are passionate about their work.
