We went to Urgent treatment centre on Mon around 10am as my partner insured his knee night before but thought he can work, but couldn't. Lady called ANGIE was racist and unprofessional. Told my partner as he is Polish and work as driver why he won't go to Poland to sort his knee. We said he lives here for over 10 years and it's first time he went to hospital to ask for help. He has meniscus tear and awaiting surgery but lady after x-ray and no fractures on the scan told him to take paracetamol and rest no miracles are happening with knee so waiting should halp. It didn't.

As a recent visitor to the UK from Australia, I found myself quite ill but, even though I had travel insurance, I had no idea how to actually access the treatment I needed. As I was in Solihul, I attended the UTC and could not have asked for a better experience from the lovely reception staff to the GP I was able to see. I expected to have to wait for an hour or two but was registered and seen well within that time. I'm most grateful for both the kindness and the treatment I received and highly recommend this great service to those who may need it

Seen and sorted within half hour. Respiratory issues of breathing. Be aware we need to understand if we are asthmatic or bronchitis and that inhalers can used for both. No peak flow test done. Informed wheezing on extubation. Chest tightness on inspiration. Great service that seems to work well 👍

I spoke to a woman with a very strong African accent she said her name was Tom which is maybe short for a longer African name or maybe she just lied about her name, she was extremely unhelpful and had the worst attitude imaginable, I was going through a miscarriage and she was so mean and rude she answered the phone saying hello what is the issue, this hospital was a referral from 111 who stated I need to be seen within 2 hours. I explained that to her and she then Stated that she’s covering for someone and they’re usually not open and I’d be lucky to get an appointment for 6pm if not then she can’t help me and I need to call my doctor and wait for an appointment (while having an active miscarriage) I really don’t know why we pay taxes for this type of treatment it was shocking she was beyond cruel and as I explain my situation further she proceeded to tell me there’s nothing she can do and I if u wanted to complain I should go ahead. I would say try your absolute best not to deal with this place if you can go elsewhere she asked me questions and made assumptions abut my pregnancy and insinuated I can’t actually be pregnant although there was heavy clotting and bleeding. I was so shocked and scared as I was alone and have no other children and had never had a miscarriage before this interaction affected my mental health shortly after I had a mental breakdown and was taken into hospital via ambulance this woman has a very very strong distinct African accent it’s very hard to miss again her name is “ Tom” if you get her when you pick up the phone to call I’d say call elsewhere or put the phone down and try again later this person will not help you and is not good at her job.

Was advised to bring my daughter to Solihull badger this evening , the service was great and very efficient. We were seen by dr Amin, one of the nicest doctors I have encountered. Very caring and informative. An excellent service, was in and out within 45 minutes!

Seeing those 15 positive comments surprised me, it's says urgent care and pre booked appointment and still it's minum one hour wait upon reaching onetime. And upon asking the same excuses, we are so busy. Living in this country is to be considered as living without proper health services. May God bless you if you alive and preyer for others to stay healthier with the need of NHS

Walked in, registered, seen by the nurse and doctor and x-rayed then doctor again within 2 hours. This is one of the best NHS experience I've had. The ladies there are all very lovely too.

Triage, assessment, X ray and review in less than 2 hours.
Staff friendly and professional.
All areas very clean.
Easy to park and drop off (and cheaper to park than attending QE)
Would definitely recommend for minor injuries
