Came during a busy time, Saturday night, seen within the predicted time. The staff were great, treating patients with respect and genuine care. Triaging made sense - babies and severe injuries seen first. Removed one star due to not enough chairs being available, and patients having to stand in the waiting room. Also, the name calling system is outdated with today's technology, and people can't leave to go to the bathroom in case they miss their turn.

The righthand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Told I cannot leave the waiting room to go to the toilet in case they call me in 2 minutes but the wait time could be up to 5 hours and no department is responsible for themselves that's some other department but the two departments don't talk to each other. As an exercise in utter incompetence and terrible patient management they are a leading example! 10 hours to have bloods taken to be seen for a rash that was resistant to antibiotics so they prescribed me antibiotics!! Genuinely wondering if they're not more of a danger than a help!

Friendly people and not too long a wait to be seen. That of course is no guarantee. However I found the staff who looked after me here and in A and E lovely.

Waste of time, after spending one and a half days there, I was referred back to my GP, who then referred me to hospital. I hope it's to West Middlesex hospital. Maybe I will get to see a decent doctor.

Went in with a suspected dislocated knee, was seen to and x-rayed and left for home within an hour and half. The team that see me where brilliant

Went to urgent treatment centre at Hillingdon today. The staff are so rude. When I saw a doctor she was so off hand and dismissive and thoroughly nasty. I left in tears.
