Excellent urgent care. I was able to walk in and be seen immediately. When they took my heart rate it was still high from having rushed over and not having had a chance to sit in the waiting room at all! They took a sample, processed it in their lab, then I saw a doctor and left with a prescription for antibiotics. All was said and done in less than an hour, and I never felt rushed. Both the nurse and doctor (Milan Roemer) were attentive and caring. The clinic was clean and had plenty of seating for visitors. I highly recommend this urgent care center.

Great urgent care center, seen almost immediately by a very kind nurse and doctor and was in and out within 45 min. It’s 120£ to see a doctor, half price if you have private health insurance. If you can afford it, definitely come here! Being seen so quickly definitely gave me peace of mind

Fantastic team in urgent care here, went in on a Sunday with severe quinsy. The team were very friendly, helpful and professional. A blood test was carried out and I was seen by the GP on duty Dr Shamel El-Hayani. Dr El-Hayani was extremely kind and explained his diagnosis ensuring I understood everything and answered all my questions. Upon request he referred me to NHS ENT department calling the hospital, finding the doctor in charge and ensuring they're ready to take me on asap.

Absolutely amazing team, cannot recommend it enough. Can't thank them enough especially Dr El-Hayani for being such a great support in a time of need.

I thought I'd gotten quite good service initially. I had an ear plug stuck in my ear. It took 3 mins to get out. I thought it would just be a consultation fee of £100. It's 11pm and I get that they charge a lot for the consultation. But I got charged £40 for a "foreign body fee" which seems like price gauging to me. I have been to a few HCA hospitals and never felt ripped off until today.

I thought I'd come here as it was cheaper than someone coming to my house. But it wasn't in the end.

Dr Shamel El-Hayani at the urgent care centre was great. He really cared about what was going on and reassured me, asking me to go for a number of tests and insisted that I call him to let him know how the results were. Being able to get a scan the next working day was great, and blood test results were back the very next day. Great service, would use again.

The worst private emergency care provided in whole London where they can simply tell you go back home because we are closing in half an hour and we have been working all day and we need to come to work tomorrow as well. Absolute nightmare

There is nothing urgent or caring about this clinic.
They are open until 10pm and when I turned up at 9:20pm the doctor wouldn’t even get up from his desk to see me but told the nurse to tell me to go to the local A&E as they were closing soon.

If I was to call an NHS surgery and ask for a particular doctor, they would tell me if they were on duty or not. For some reason the Wellington won't disclose this information. They also have to close if they get a handful of patients in urgent care.
