This urgent care was amazing. I am from the USA but studying abroad in Greece and traveled to London for the weekend. I was feeling dizzy, light headed, and had blurred vision. I was freaking out, especially when seeking help in a different country. I only had to wait 10 minutes to be seen and it was very quick and thorough. The nurses and doctors were so kind and made me feel comfortable. It is £120 ($154 USD) to be seen but so worth it for the peace of mind and overall health. I also got prescribed medicine and was given a pharmacy to pick it up at. Couldn't recommend this place enough!

Rude receptionist, nurse, or wathever the person we spoke to was. They REFUSED to see my partner who was feeling sick and had 40° fever. “The doctor said he is not gonna see your partner, you have to take him to NHS emergency.” I’m still struggling to believe that healthcare professionals can behave and treat people like this.

10/10 needed a new fracture boot, called ahead when they opened and when I got in they were able to see me right away to get fitted. Very friendly and efficient!

Greeted by friendly receptionist. We were seen by the nurse within 5 minutes of arrival. Rapid test results came back quickly. Dr Roberts is very knowledgeable. He not only treated the acute symptoms, but also offered consultations for long-term health issues. Whole process is efficient and effective.

Can highly recommend. This is an extremely useful service for anyone with an urgent medical issue (but not life threatening, which would still need to be handled by the NHS Emergency Department).

I was seen by a nurse immediately upon registration, then led to a medical examination room with a doctor less than 5 minutes later. They performed blood tests on the spot, gave me the results after 15 minutes, and provided me with a detailed letter of their findings.

Well worth the money.

I'm a visitor from the US and encountered a health issue while in London. Was seen at the Urgent Care Centre and had an excellent experience. Check-in staff were friendly, efficient and wait time to see medical staff was very quick. Nurses, doctors, and technicians were all first rate, attentive, and very professional. I would give everyone I encountered high marks. I was very pleased with the service and attention I received.

Recently, I traveled to London from out of the country and had a health emergency. The folks here took really good care of me. It's always a bit scary to seek help far from home. They were all so kind, made my visit comfortable and pinpointed what was happening with me. I would definitely suggest this to foreigner visitors, like myself, in a health jam. Be prepared to pay a bit by not being on NHS but it's worth the price tag.

Really disappointing. Traveled into central London after being up all evening. Got to the hospital for 8.05am hoping to be seen quickly as on the website says service starts at 8am. No one was at the reception and when someone did arrive they looked surprised to see me and I was told there were no doctors as they were running late. I sat in the waiting room with little communication as to when anyone would arrive. I was very shocked to receive such poor service from a private hospital.
