They treat me so well. I was so sick when I visited the urgent care. The nurses , I wish I remember their names , were extremely nice to me and calmed me down. The doctor , she examined me very detailed and explained my situation carefully. She was patient to answer all my concerns and questions although she was the only doctor working all day there ( we were told at the entrance that she was the only doctor working for that that and we were supposed to wait , that’s how I know ). Thank you for all the staff. I will recommend this place to everyone.

I would give this zero stars if possible. Do not bother there is nothing urgent about this so-called urgent care Centre. They use the centre to discharge patients and also prearranged blood test. All of those come first, even if you’ve registered and are waiting. Better to spend hours in an NHS hospital then pay for no service here. I left.!

For a private medical facility it's a bit of a disgrace.
I've just spent 4 hours here with a strep throat that was not getting better on current antibiotics. The doctor was running around and only talked to me twice 5 minutes each time.
The nurse kept coming in and putting meds into my IV barely explaining anything. E.g. why were meds delivered via an IV, if I could have taken them orally.
None of the costs were discussed upfront. Ended up paying almost 500 quid and left with a prescription for stronger antibiotics.
Well, blood test was kinda reassuring. But an ECG for 145? I would have refused it, never had any heart issues.
The facility is nice and everyone is polite, but that's not the point for a medical facility.

I gave 5 stars but it should be 6! What a change of pace from the horrible A&E in NHS hospitals! The building was so clean and everything looked brand new with a full imaging dept as well.
The UCC staff was so lovely. I liaised with my insurance who directed me to the UCC. I paid £25 for a consultation with a GP that actually cared and listened to my concerns and who prescribed actually efficient medicine for my problem (unlike the NHS that would give you a paracetamol for anything and tell you to see your GP on Monday lol)

I went on a Saturday afternoon. Filled my form, was triaged, seen, assessed in 20 mins. The staff was all extremely professional and friendly. There was literally no one in the waiting room and I got offered water or tea/coffee.

Completely different experience than the crack den of hell Chelsea & Westminster’s A&E turns into over the weekend. One visit has left me traumatised. The Lister UCC reinstated my trust in medicine which the NHS seemed intent on destroying! Thank you once again

Was there Tuesday May 28th @11am for a visit and wasn’t so impressed by the wait time. It took about 1h 15 min for a doctor to see us. For private care, would have expected something a bit sooner. I was told a lot of people arrived at once. However, the hospital is clean, renovated and staff professional/courteous. Pharmacy on site. One viral swab ended up costing WAY more than even the consultation price, of which looking at the price list, swab culture says £52 but we were charged £253

Perfectly pleasant experience in the Lister hospital, where the facilities are fine and I was seen relatively quickly. However I walked in expecting to pay £120 as per the advertised consultation fee for someone to look at my sprained ankle. No additional costs were discussed with and I was put forward for an x ray (at a cost of £404) and advised to wear a medical boot at a cost of £120. Despite no mention from any member of staff that there would be an additional cost. Therefore I left having been charged £644, all of the treatments (x rays and medical boot) would have been covered by my private medical insurance, therefore had anyone mentioned the additional cost, I would have just asked for a referral letter and followed up with my insurer, and kept my £524. Very disappointing, as it clearly states on their website any additional cost will be discussed with you.

Don’t come here!

I came with a muscle tear and staff refused to consider an appointment (even though there was over an hour till closing and the place was empty).

They said (quite rudely) doctors aren’t seeing anyone and patient list is closed. Defeats the purpose of an urgent care.

Lazy selfish doctors here…

During my post-op appointment with Mr. Khazali, my entire experience from beginning to end was demeaning and left me with many unanswered questions. Post-op, the doctor was not available to address any of my concerns so on the advice of his team, over the course of the next six weeks, I made repeated visits to Lister's Urgent Care Centre, as his team advised they were not competent to support me. The final straw was during my six weeks post-op consultation, where his demeanour was very superior, sarcastic and extremely incompassionate. He did not address my questions that I had furnished him prior to our meeting and spent the vast majority of our short consultation dictating notes into his phone. Knowing that I was in pain for the entire six weeks, I was left flabbergasted that there was only a cursory physical exam. I left this meeting shaken, distraught and in tears and went directly to urgent care downstairs for further support, answers, and examinations since the doctor was unwilling to discuss my case any further and he had summarily dismissed me.
I had to visit the Lister Urgent Care Centre three times post-op since I wasn't able to be seen by Mr. Khazali, they were a blessing and godsent every single time! I was greeted each time by the most genuinely kind and sweetest receptionist, Ruqiya! The nurses were all very professional and jovial. The doctors had such calming demeanours about them and provided me with thorough examinations and scans. The whole team was absolutely EXCEPTIONAL- they just have so much compassion and understanding for their patients. I was never hurried but listened to. The whole staff went above and beyond to make sure I was in the best hands and had the proper examinations before leaving. On two different occasions, the doctors called to follow up, which was more than I got from my own surgeon. Without a doubt the best urgent care experience I have encountered each and every time. You will certainly get top notch service for your money!
