Following an incident at our community school in Hartlepool I had to take an adult to the URGENT CARE CENTRE in Hartlepool on Saturday 28th December around 7.00 pm. The service at the centre was exceptionally exceeded my expectations. The staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Both teams of reception were excellent and helpful. The doctor Angela was very kind and prompt on her response in assessing the situation of the injured person. Following the assessment I was referred to Teesside hospital in Stockton for further treatment.
The facility at the URGENT CARE CENTRE was maintained to a very high standard, very clean and appealing to visitors and patients.
I am very pleased with my overall experience and would like to give a 10/10 score to the entire team.
Well done Guys.
Please keep up your good work and dedication to the local community.
We need more people like you guys to make the difference in our NHS.

I went yesterday, I was in and out within 20 mins. The receptionist was lovely very caring and attentive consider the amount of people she has to deal with. She even offered me fresh water.
The doctor (Mark) was very professional listen to my concern carefully and was spot on with his diagnosis. I already feel much better today.
Thank you urgent care Hartlepool!!

Generally good although can be long wait times as understaffed. But one nurse is hugely unprofessional who has long fake nails, didn't listing to my chest properly and the next time fobbed Me off despite having an infected abscess, she has no people skills, looks at her phone constantly just not good enough. The rest of the staff are great and never had a problem

Attended this morning, with a suspected chest infection, pleasant receptionist booked me in, and in no time I was called in to see nurse, then called in to see doctor, who treated me with kindness and respect. We are very lucky to have such an excellent service.

outstanding service visited sunday with a five yr old girl who broke her arm. cant praise the staff here enough, please respect theses guys the level of care we received was second to none. The work they do for what they receive is shocking and shameful, this town would be lost without this service. I was amazed at how they settled her down had her chatting and even smiling one of the nurses name was Evie and the gentleman who put a temporary cast on her to get her to north tees amazed me explaining to her every step of what he was doing its not very often you come across someone who is in the right job this gentleman really is. PLEASE GIVE THE STAFF HERE NOT ONLY THE RECOGNITION THEY DESERVE BUT THE ALSO THE RESPECT THEY SO DESERVE

Fantastic service. I had previously visited the one at North Tees on two occasions and had two different diagnoses and felt like I was brushed off to just get me out the door. After a further 2 weeks I visited the Hartlepool urgent care centre, the team where friendly and actually listened to the issue and did the tests needed and gave me an accurate diagnosis, medication and a referral. I also didn’t have an appointment and the wait time wasn’t that long. Would highly recommend.

Disgusting level of service offered by the NHS. Advised 2 hour wait when I arrived. After 3 I saw someone in triage for about 10 seconds. I’m typing this at 4.5 hours. Seeing triage is NOT being seen. Waiting rooms full of children who jump the queues due to age but clearly nothing wrong given most are just playing with toys or mobile phones. As an example one child that came in with a serious leg injury from school. Walked in. Never complained of pain once. Walked to triage and walked to treatment room. ALL before I’d even seen triage

I have nothing but praise for this service and excellent staff. Took my son who had sustained an ankle injury, (no appointment) made to feel at ease whilst being treated in timely and most professional manner, in and out within 30 minutes. Well done NHS
