The best GP surgery around and the receptionists on the desk and phones especially Kerry are so kind and always have a smile, are understanding and go above and beyond their job title to accommodate patients. Hope I never have to move away from this surgery.

I transferred to Manchester last year and registered my wife and I at UVMP which was a great decision.

They’ve met all our health needs efficiently, professionally and courteously. Even on one occasion when I had a complaint, I filled out the online form and then received a call from the clinic within minutes of submitting it with an offer of support which I appreciated.

Also very grateful to Matthew Berry for recommending & referring me to a local Joint Pain program that helps me get regular exercise while managing the osteoarthritis in my right knee.

I had an acute medical problem which was causing me significant mental distress and while waiting for my pre arranged appointment with the doctor, Debra in the contact centre took all the time I needed to talk through things with me, calm me down and advise/reassure me. The reception staff are very friendly and attentive. They always have a smile on their face and are always happy to help. Over the years, I’ve made many visits to this practice and have had the pleasure to get to know DEBBIE. Recently I’ve been diagnosed with some health problems which Debbie was aware of Debbie has gone above and beyond and out of her way to check in on me, what a beautiful person she is. I can’t thank her enough for the weekly phone calls, checking in with me to see how I am doing. This has made such a big difference in helping me to manage my health and feel supported.

This surgery is by far the best NHS surgery I've ever been a patient at. The reception staff are always kind, welcoming and understanding. Dr Kumara in particular is excellent. He's very thorough, takes the time to listen, and asks follow up questions. He provides clear next steps, and quickly follows up.
