I have been going to Urban Body Physio to use the Neubie machine for my Multiple Sclerosis (MS). From the moment I contacted them everything has been professional and slick.
All the staff are welcoming and friendly, plus the clinic is large & well equipped.
My treatment has been fantastic, Luke has been thorough and very encouraging. I’ve already seen improvements in my symptoms and I haven’t even finished the first course yet.

Had a torn meniscus and after 5 weeks of treatment I was back playing football. Treatment was really good and explained well. Had massage and acupuncture to ease the swelling and pain and tied in with some progressive exercises throughout out the plan which got more difficult as the weeks went on and were specific to the kind of movements I would be doing when playing football.

I had worked with Adam and Luke over the weeks and both were excellent and really friendly and approachable with questions I had made it feel very natural and could tell they genuinely cared about your recovery.

The overall experience was great, with friendly staff and treatment that was very beneficial in achieving my goal which was to get back playing sport.

I dislocated my shoulder and injured my bicep at work. The team fitted me in for a last minute appointment on very short notice which I was extremely grateful for! I saw Zoe who was extremely helpful in diagnosing the injury, suggesting helpful exercises and a rehab program. Can’t recommend enough!

Had a few sports massage sessions with Adam and couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Has a genuine interest in how to help you and get you back to full fitness. Each session is tailored to what you need - working on any muscular niggles you’ve got which need targeting. I’ve seen great improvement in muscle groups I’ve historically had issues with and did even after having just two sessions. I’d highly recommend to anyone else considering going. Great service all round!

I have been suffering with a lower back injury (L5 S1 disc bulge) for over a year which had prevented me from playing football and lifting weights.

Prior to booking an appointment with Urban Body I had seen two other physios (one private and one NHS) and neither seemed able to understand my injury fully or provide a structured programme to aid in my recovery.

I have been working with Adam and Luke for around 10 weeks now at Urban Body. Initially the treatment consisted of acupuncture and sports massage and recently we have introduced exercises to strengthen the back and prevent the injury from reoccurring.

Thankfully over the last few weeks I have been back playing football and in the gym lifting weights again.

Overall my experience has been great. All the staff are friendly and approachable and I had a treatment plan which was specific to my injury. Fully recommend!

What ever your issues, they are there to signpost you for the correct treatment. I was signposted in the correct manner ,with the staff professional approach.
I was greeted with a warm welcome and under went my treatment in a kindly manor.

Had the best session here, I had a sports massage after I’ve had so much pain recently by Shane and honestly i felt so much better already after one massage i feel a massive difference on my neck. Would 100% recommend to everyone.
