So far very good done my 2nd session out of 24.Now I get a better understanding grasp of da saying its good to talk.After my 50 minutes are over I hav felt better on both occasions.I hav spoken previously to other people regarding my mental health/wellbeing before 1 was Laura Mitchell health clinic da other was at Calderdale Royal hospital and tbh for me it never worked i still felt crappy inside.Wat has changed i suppose is 2 years down da line 1 I took up running 🏃‍♂️ im getting fitter and stronger lost a considerable amount of weight feeling lighter.I love da interior decoration plus da front glass door.I was on sertraline for about 18 months now yes at 1st they deffo helped but den I jus got used to it was on 100mg.I finally decided enough was enough I don't want 2 b on antidepressants all time.I tried coming off dem once before and failed quite miserably my mood dipped quite low after 3/4 days decided I guess I'm not ready 2 come off dem yet.However this time I'm better and im glad im off dem now.Used 2 b a high risk suicide case not anymore although dem feelings won't go away all time from time 2 time suicide does creep into my mind.Aside from dis I hav been massively helped wiv da flow headset I bought 4 over 200 pounds I think it were was a while back I bought it so can't remember exact price.I also bought da amofit device for anxiety but that doesn't really help me much I feel.
