Had a wonderful nurse who was kind and welcoming throughout the entire experience. Made sure I was okay and comfortable and made the appointment less stressful. Was quick and well trained to help during issues too. Overall great experience

Really nice GP practice. Staff are all lovely. Only gripe is that some (not all) appointments can take a month to get and if they are canceled you have to wait another month in my experience. It's a very small practice so I imagine that contributes to waiting times.

I had such a bad experience in this GP.
The reception was keep referring me to other drop in places .They didn’t even pay attention to me and when I was explaining reasons for booking an appointment .
Finally they said After I feel the online form they may come back to me after 5 days.
I was in pain because of vomiting and It was such a shame that the hall was empty yet no appointments arranged.
I genuinely am so disappointed as I thought an on campus GP would be more student friendly.
I would look for another GP as I found this one so useless and apathetic.
The reception was even inpatient with the address and terms that she was referring me to.
And when I sit down to fill the form , she said “ you can take this with you on the road “
In a way that felt they don’t want me there.
I waste my time and travel in pain.

The practice provides outstanding ranges of services. Accessible to university students, being at the main campus. Friendly and empathetic staff.

Thank you to Dr. Becky and team for their wonderful help and ongoing support during my lowest point in life. I felt really welcome and supported here in the UK while I completed my undergrad course. My queries were handled really well, and I was directed to the appropriate team.
