i hate leaving bad reviews on places but this place has caused me so much stress and discomfort i can't not. they will urge you to register here upon joining the uni, for the sake of sanity look into other options. i have been registered here around 5 years and have had about 2 in person appointments, despite many issues needing in person care. they will divert you to a 5 minute phone call no matter what. i have been told i am not actually ill and told to stop taking essential medication because i am a "young lady" (i have contested this and recieved no explanation why this was at all an appropriate thing to say). i have contacted them for a range of mental and physical issues and none have been treated in any way properly or respectfully. shout out that one time they weighed me and took my blood pressure in the waiting room and made me read out my results to them, despite me saying i had issues with weight and being assured i would be weighed privately and have the number hidden from me. lovely stuff!

I have been a member of this GP since 2021, the receptionist staff are really rude and speak to you as if you are an inconvenience rather than a patient. I have medication that I cannot go without otherwise I get really unwell, I put my prescription in a week before its due to run out as this is the earliest I can do. Every month it is delayed because of the GP refusing to accept the repeat prescription request, then I have to call 111 for my meds as the receptionist staff refuse to help me and the pharmacist that served me was disgusted that the GP had left me without the medication as it can really affect my pulse and blood pressure without it.

Been at this GP since 2012 - never had a problem. Always got an appointment, any queries or issues dealt with quickly and efficiently. Shout out to Zoe Boyes, Nurse Practitioner, for always being a phenomenal support, you have saved my sanity more times than I can count

Not impressed .. appointment cancelled 3 times . When rang to reschedule reception staff was totally rude and disrespectful and not understanding the worry as appointment cancelled minutes before schedule.. Nedd more training and training on customer care. Re registered elsewhere

Never had a bad experience with this doctors. The staff who have dealt with my issues have been AMAZING I cannot fault them. I want to give a massive appreciation to nurse Louise who was incredible throughout everything I had done. Shocked to hear bad reviews to be honest.

Was given a blood test that was scheduled three weeks upon booking despite having symptoms of dizziness, nausea, bruising in random areas and feeling too weak to get up in the mornings. All of which highly affecting daily life. Came in today for my scheduled 9am appointment on time to be told to come back at 3:15 and then called again by Karen to tell me to come at 2:05 because they confused the times. Was told to come for an early morning appointment to get CRP checked as it is a blood test that needs to be done early morning and now they want me to come later in the day because of a mistake they made. For a student struggling with mental health who is busy working two jobs at the same this has been very inconvenient. A true waste of time. Additionally, when I tried to raise a concern in a kind manner I was shut down by that rude receptionist who told me nothing can be done about it. Absolutely useless I would not recommend this place.

Went into the surgery yesterday evening to make an appointment, got told to call up this morning instead. 10 times I have called throughout the duration of this morning, and every single time after about a minute of ringing, I have either been bluntly cut off, or placed on hold then cut off. Not acceptable. Especially for someone with serious illnesses. The doctors and nurses are really understanding and helpful, but the reception staff need to get their act together.

All doctors and other clinicians at the surgery are brilliant and are great with any problems which need addressing, however from personal experiences and other peoples experiences which i am aware of i think that the reception staff either need further training or replacing. They are very unhelpful on the phone and frankly i found them to be very rude and quick to refer you to somewhere else instead of helping you. After having one of them become angry with me on the phone and hanging up numerous times, not only to me but other members of my family I have seen now that the staff are obviously poorly trained and bad mannered.
