Visited women outpatients this morning and met with the most amazing team of staff. The doctor put me at ease immediately and whilst having biopsies I was offered the opportunity of watching the procedure on the screen which made the whole experience very inclusive. The nurse and doctor talked me through everything and the atmosphere was relaxing and warm. I have never had such a positive experience in a hospital and I’ve had procedures done privately in the past. The approach of this team is informative, friendly, inclusive and supportive. Every hospital needs to adopt this ethos for patient care. Marvellous team, thank you so much.

I had my first MRI appointment and everyone working at that unit were very lovely and caring ,the stress of the procedure was long gone because of the atmosphere created by the team. Thank you so much ♡

mri hartlepool for head mri. wow what amazing staff. i am extremely claustrophobic so was very nervous and didn't expect to be able to go through with it but the staff showed me the machine explained what was happening before i went in and it was no problem at all. my advice close eyes and keep them closed until it's finished but honestly there really is nothing to worry about at all. lovely lady stayed with me to let me know she was there.

Parking says 20 min free then 4£ after that, we went to urgent care, no receptionist there, 15min there's a que, outside the doors, I walked about, no staff anywhere for help, 20 min later receptionist turns up, so there's the free 20min parking gone, she walked in with coffee in hand no apologies for the wait, so not very urgent is it., the nurse who we finally seen was brilliant, just leave another staff behind the desk while the other is out getting there coffee, simple .

Just a shout out to the lovely lady ( Gillian) at the out patients reeception desk . Went out of her way to help sort a problem out , found out imformation and contacted people for us . She was brilliant can't thank her enough

Appointment for my dad at TIA clinic. The staff on reception were so lovely with all the patients and so patient with them too. The nurse/ hca also was so friendly and considerate with her patients.
Dr Whitehouse consultant was very through and her 'bedside manner' was wonderful. Explained everything in detail and was not rushed at all.
Wonderful to see we do still get it right in our glorious NHS

Staff are friendly and polite, always seen on time, good service. If you've got to be ill there are much worse places to be ill than at this hospital 5 *
