I have a serious health concern (I have menstrual bleeding for 18 days straight) and I have consistently been designated to a nurse practitioner when I have specifically requested to see a GP. I want a complete and thorough diagnosis of my issue. I've spoken about requesting a doctor and they feel it's not necessary - I don't feel as though I am being taken or treated seriously. I've been told to cancel my appointment and re-submit it all over again, having to wait for the exceptional long wait times for an issue like this. It's highly unethical and unfair treatment.

I’ve used the university health service several times during my degree and have always had a very good experience. The waiting times when I used it were fast and the students, nurses, and gps I saw were all friendly and helpful.

This practice lacks inclusivity. If you can't access there ridiculous app or god forbid you don't vaccinate your children with deadly metals they will bombard you with forced appointments and use shaming tactics to try to manipulate you into vaccinations - purely because they get paid to do so and are brainwashed. The app is a sad show of what are future is becoming and I fear for those who can't access these ridiculous services. I recently watched a man refused to enter the premises because he didn't have an appointment and was beyond desperate for his medication but the lady on the desk point blank refused to show him any human compassion. Robots.

Amazing reception team, nurses and doctors at this practice. They reply to you so quickly and actually make you feel welcome. Couldn't fault them at all!

I always had a good experience at this GP, until they switched their booking system to Anima Health. I was sent a booking link to reschedule an appointment, but wasn’t able to do this and they couldn’t do this for me over the phone either. I feel this new system is counterproductive at putting patient care first. While there are some advantages of Anima, I really think that sometimes the old fashioned ways of doing things (booking an appointment over the phone) are the best and least time consuming for everyone. I think the software is glitchy. I hope this improves, but I may switch practices solely because of having to go through Anima. UHS, please consider these concerns and consider switching back to the older ways of doing things.

I have never had a more distressing experience with doctors in my life. Decisions were made for me that I had no say in, doctors wouldn't listen to me at all. They kept bringing up a specific health 'concern' (which was already a stressful situation) in appointments I had booked for completely separate issues. When I come back to Sheffield I'll be registering elsewhere

Abysmal! This absolute car crash of a practice were just going to let me rot to death although I showed up on their doorstep not even able to stand up. They won't even let me leave my review on their NHS website because it's too bad. The place needs to be closed before they kill someone (or more people because I would not be surprised it has actually happened)

While the new booking system is hard to navigate and doesn't always work. The GPs at this practice are amazing. Both times I have been i felt like they took time to listen to me
