Fantastic service from NHS at this hospital. Went in for hand surgery and was in and out in under five hours.Everybody was polite and respectful to this elderly gent , and Brilliant at their job. Well done and sincere thanks to all staff.

They promised to get back to me weeks ago about a scan, have called multiple times and emailed explaining how worried I am, and I’ve been completely ignored by Violet Lefevre. Now having to make a formal complaint.

I have the misfortune to have significant ill health with complex comobidities but have felt hugely supported by UCLH and its caring staff. I’ve been in hospital almost a year now and I can honestly say no hospital compared to t12 UCLH. The staff were amazing and got my through my treatment. I just wish every hospital was the same .
