I came around to Unity Plus for an interview, and from the very first time I stepped into the office environment, I could feel the aura of an ambience built with love, care, compassion and good vibes. The training system was also well-in-depth and taught with a plan to make every participant understand what was being taught to the last detail. I must make a special mention to Chelsie; she is a good trainer and takes her time. I hope to come back soon to update this review with how good the work culture and support are. My only displeasure is that every time I visit as a driver, I always have to pay to park my car, which I feel can be done better.

Utterly appalling, weak and ineffective leadership, dysfunctional management and many staff with poor language skills. A truly dreadful organisation which fails to listen to criticism and complaints and is completely unresponsive. It's clear that people are in roles for which they are profoundly unsuited in terms of skill, knowledge, attitude and the required caring approach.
Our disabled son has been living in one of their supported living houses and agreeing to his placement is the biggest mistake of our lives.
The CEO has told numerous lies and has gone back on his word several times.
The relevant authorities are conducting an investigation.

VERY BAD!!!! DO NOT JOIN!!!
they took 65 pounds for training and dbs. They didn't give me any shifts. I always have to call multiple times for them to give me shifts. And when they gave me about 5 shifts they made up excuses to not give me shifts. When I questioned it they called it a business. Don't waste your money.

Worst nursing company ever. Unreliable nurses who ALWAYS turn up an HOUR late for shifts and admin staff who constantly lie and make excuses. Then they blatantly lie on their timesheets to claim for 12 hours. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible nurses who have no concept of time and even worse administration team. Stay away from ever having to experience this incompetent company.
