I had Sarah’s services recommended to me after having on going neck issues. Sarah undertook a course of treatment that was able to fit in around my cycling even highlighting exercises I could do when on my bike!! Or when stopped. My neck is now much better and would and do recommend United Health to people with physio needs.

I was really impressed by the service I received from Sarah, and also with the speed in which I was seen - the very next day after I called for an appointment.
Covid precautions consist of questions over the telephone when booking and at the beginning of your visit. Masks must be worn, hand sanitiser used and I felt that the PPE used provided full protection from Covid risks.
She has a friendly and professional approach, and was extremely thorough in her questioning and physical assessment of my injury.
She explained her overall assessment and how she had reached that conclusion in a way that was easy to understand and also provided a detailed home care plan for me to follow.
She understood that a break from running could be problematic from a mental health as well as physical health perspective, and suggested other sports that would be safe for me to try during recovery to maintain cardio fitness and prevent exercise withdrawal!
I would highly recommend a visit to Sarah to anyone looking for physiotherapy treatment in the Deal area.
