Zero stars.
Failed to call me back and represent me 3 times.
Paid for a membership and they failed to provide me with any service that I was paying for.
Useless waste of time and money your better off using citizens advice.
Had to go through personal grievance on my own and have cancelled my membership due to lack of contact and support.
Definitely not the UK's leading union.

I would like to share my impression of one of Unison's representatives - Jonathan Buckner.
He is a fantastic professional, always ready to help, knowledgeable, and positive. If you are looking for someone to represent you, I highly recommend him.

ONE STAR IS A COMPLIMENT! UNION TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DONT PROVIDE THEIR ADVERTISED SERVICE! This union is a disgrace, go with a union like GBM! My school is going through a restructure and this union have completely left us all (all members) in the lurk, out on our own even though we all pay our monthly fees. No communication, no representation and completely false advertising to this service.

Useless, you pay your membership fee every month so you should be represented, this did not happen. I am glad I cancelled my membership.
