We had carers once a day for many months for my aunt who has dementia. They worked out what shopping she needed and ensured she had a good breakfast and made things ready for her lunch, in addition to ensuring she was showered and dressed in clean clothes. There were occasional hiccups but were quickly remedied. It was very helpful to get the diaries of the carers to see what had been done during their visit. There are no relatives living near by and so it was important we could trust the carers to do what was required.

It is so fantastic to see the outstanding care that is delivered by all the carers. They go above and beyond on each and every day. Preparing freshly cooked meals every day and ensuring the clients feel safe and well living in their own homes. Promoting the independence of the clients is at the forefront of everything they do, making sure each client gets the best and have the dignity and support they deserve. Amazing!!

I was recommended to unique senior care and am so glad I was. My Aunt has struggled with her health but was reluctant to have any help. The manager was really patient and put my Aunt at ease straight away. Not only have they helped my aunt but my grandad was struggling with his mobility and we didn't know where to turn, he is not a client (yet) but they have helped me to ge able to get what he needs and nothing is too much trouble. Amazing help, support and company thankyou for everything you do. I don't know where we would be now without them

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. My grandmother was sitting waiting for the carer to arrive and nobody turned up. She is very vulnerable. No call from management, 12 hours later and still no response or apology. Dreadful company. Unreliable, unprofessional, and un caring. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR LOVED ONES IN THEIR CARE AS THEY DO NOT CARE.

They do not care about their staff, pay below minimum wage, don't pay what staff are owed, use unqualified staff sometimes, lie to clients, very little service care for staff, unmanned emergency phone lines and this is just a starter.
