A really great GP practice. The team are always helpful and the doctors and nurse specialists are kind and compassionate. I recently saw Lauren, an asthma specialist, who was excellent at explaining options and the possible ways forward for me. Thank you.

My wife and I changed surgery to UniCity in the last month and they have been nothing other than fantastic.
They have been helpful with advice, with booking appointments and have been great about discussing and prescribing medication, making the surgery change such an easy one.
The doctors, nurses, all the people working in there are just lovely. Kind, considerate and all the time, professional.
I just want to thank them for everything they've done in a short space of time.
If you're thinking of changing surgery then I can't recommend UniCity enough

Can highly recommend the uni city doctors surgery. I did an online form and had a call within an hour and was asked to come in to see a nurse practitioner within 20 mins. I had a thorough examination and the nurse was so lovely. Really reassured me and amazing quick service.

My wife and I both said how welcoming the staff were at Uni-City Centre. The practice nurse Steph made us both feel comfortable and at ease. The service and appointment making was fantastic. Thank you for having us as new patients.

Always very efficient but I’m not convinced about the new method of making appointments. Didn’t seem to save anyone any time (me or the surgery). Just made an extra step for me that resulted in a phone call from the surgery to make an appointment that we could have done by phone without the need for me to go on the website.

It was the worst service I have ever encountered in my life. The staff behaved incredibly poorly, discriminating against people and speaking very rudely. Staff eating in front of patients while providing service shows how careless they are.

I recently visited my GP practice for a blood test and was thoroughly impressed with the service I received. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was exceptional. The staff member who booked my appointment was professional and efficient, making the process smooth and stress-free.
The nurse who conducted my blood test was outstanding. She was not only highly professional but also demonstrated a great deal of empathy and ethical conduct throughout the procedure. Her humane approach made me feel comfortable and well-cared for, which is something I deeply appreciate.
