My son has been having some emotional difficulties, including getting angry very quickly. He hates this so we contacted Umid. They responded quickly which I was impressed by. After an assessment he then did 8 weeks with Sarah B. It helped him to think about his feelings and emotions and how to deal with him. It also helped us to rethink our parenting and how we could adjust what we do to better support him.

A dereliction of duty and lacking personable treatment.

Umid claim to be holletistic and person centred, they aren't. They do the bare minimum in order to cover themselves rather than putting the needs of the individual first.

They left me high and dry by stopping treatment, without giving a sufficient reason, when I began struggling after only two previous sessions with them.

If you're looking for a, compassionate, person centred, holletistic mental health service go somewhere else.
