Very disappointed with the lady at the reception! They called me the day before to inform me that my appointment was cancelled.
I called on the morning of 25.02 (I'm just specifying so that they knows who she is) and I explained that unfortunately I have no way to make an appointment for the next few days and if I will be able to get the deposit back..
To which the lady replied exactly like this ;
“yes, you will have it, bye" and hung up on me..
without any "we're sorry for the inconvenience" or to inform me how long the deposit will take to have it back .
Very bad of you to be so rude to customers who come for a Paid service ..especially when that service is so important for every family !!
Try to be nice next time , because with me you lose another 3 family who had to come to the clinic!
And I hope people read the reviews before schedule an appointment!!!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the services provided during our recent visits to the clinic. We attended two scans, and in both instances, we experienced a delay of approximately 15 minutes beyond our scheduled appointment time, despite arriving early.

Particularly disheartening was our 4D scan, for which I paid £130. We had high expectations for the quality of the images and video, but unfortunately, the results fell short. My daughter, who is 12, also noted that the technician seemed disinterested in showcasing our baby. Additionally, it appeared that there were technical issues with the equipment, as the technician spent a considerable amount of time adjusting the settings during our appointment.

Moreover, we were informed that they could not print our colored pictures or fridge magnet due to a malfunctioning printer, and we were promised that these would be mailed to us next week. Unfortunately, we were unable to view the video as it is only available on DVD, which necessitates additional effort to obtain locally.

Overall, I found the experience to be quite frustrating, especially considering the time and money invested without receiving the expected outcome. 😢😢😢not happy at all as I’ve been left crying due to disappointment. Will update if I will still get the pictures, fridge magnet and keyring.((((((Do not recommend as your day will be ruined.

Amazing friendly staff. very detailed scan, the time was taken to show us everything and answer any questions. We asked for the gender of our baby to be written down to take home and was given a lovely pack with everything including one for baby and mum.

Great experience with the Northampton clinic. There is easy free parking on site, a relaxing large modern clinic and scan room, and I could take my partner along too. The staff are all calm, helpful, efficient and importantly nice! Overall I would recommend.
