Things were a little too early on my original scan so I was rebooked and returned 2 weeks later with no further charge. Both ladies there were amazing at Romford. Even speaking in code due to my daughter being there was hilarious. Thank you.

Amazing. Not like any other scan I’ve had so far. They took so much time with us to make sure we saw everything for as long as we wanted to. They printed us some pics out and then sent us a link to see the rest and well as a video of the heartbeat. So kind and professional. Will definitely be going back further down the line.

Amazing experience! Michaela and Carmel where so friendly, and patient (my mum and sister were late), during the scan we got given lots of photos of our baby, a video of the scan, we bought teddies with the heartbeat too. It was so worth it! Best experience during my pregnancy! Thank you ladies !

We went for an early pregnancy scan. I felt we were in and out quite quickly within 5-10 mins. Unfortunately the big tv was not working so I didn’t get a great view of the baby on the monitor and had we have known in advance we wouldn’t have booked it.

Easy to book appointment with lots available short notice. Wasn’t impressed as sonographer stated baby upside down so difficult. Told to wiggle tried to but told that wasn’t right - apparently wrong wiggle. I asked if she could see heartbeat twice and was met with deathly silence. Then told oh yes heart beating and good measurements. Maybe didn’t gel with us but will not be going back. For a reassurance scan at 14 weeks not the best experience.

I went in for an early viability scan, as I was concerned about cramps I was experiencing at 7 weeks. This is my 2nd pregnancy and after losing my first child neonatally due to an undetected heart condition, I was beyond anxious and convinced it would be bad news.
My sonographer Michaela couldn't have been nicer and put me at ease straight away. Not only did she give me space to cry, she was quick to check and reassure me that everything was looking as it should. I left feeling much more relaxed and would be happy to return again in the future.
What I would say is parking is very limited outside the clinic, so leave time if you're driving. I ultimately parked on a residential street nearby that didn't require a permit and it took a brisk 5 minute walk to get there.
They also have a toilet, which is handy after having a full bladder for an hour!
