loved every second! Really nice and friendly staff, she gave me the best news ever! (Having a boy after 7 girls) cried my eyes out she held my hand and was really supportive,, i actually felt like i was special in there,, when we got out of the room another staff member came and hugged me and said congrats,, it was worth every penny,, what an amazing experience! 😊😊

The sonographer was lovely and explained everything on the screen in detail. Didn't feel rushed at all, was being scanned for around 10-15mins.

Came out happy for the price paid and would happily go again especially if it was the same sonographer.

Very rushed suppose too be a ten minute gender and well being scan we was in and out in 5 ,was taken late in too the room which we didn't mind but then the scan was so rushed couldn't make out a thing she was showing us which in the end it went like this here's its head and it's heart and it's a boy , scan over obviously we was just happy that we had found out the sex so didn't think anything of the service until after , the scan pics where terrible really bad quality and couldn't even make out what it was on the scan which left me upset would of liked a nice scan picture too of looked back at on the day we found the sex out , we emailed the company which we found rude and unhelpful very disinterested , they said they would rescan me but the lady at Oldham who originally scan me had refused too rescan as we made a complaint ,we wasn't rude in anyway about the complaint just explained we was upset with pictures and felt rushed as the lady who did the scan was clearly in a hurry too get home as she left straight after us getting in her car as we was getting in ours ,so the rescan they offered was in stretford clearly making it akward for us and difficult too accept new scan as they had closer locations , and couldn't see what I had actually done wrong too the original lady who scanned me i just said we wasn't happy with the service very unprofessional from them again , they stated they would not refund as I found out the gender it wasn't even about the money just the service we received , they then went on too question how much I weigh what's my bmi and that was the reason the scan was unclear which was shocking , as I had attended an NHS scan the day before which was an amazing picture , they then went on too post on fb minutes after Quick note::

If your BMI is on the upper end sometimes it can be very difficult to get good clear images.

We use state of the art equipment but we have no control over outside factors.

I am so shocked and upset with the service and the way we have been treated , it was suppose to be a memorable day but been left feeling upset and disappointed , i definitely would not recommend them , and wish I hadn't used this company , I will be waiting for our next nhs scan too recomfirm sex It's got one star rating only because I couldn't done non

Absolutely rude over the phone appointment being cancelled due to no doctor ! It’s understandable if there is no doctor but the rudeness.!! need to be sorted out I don’t know how this place is still going

Went tonight to see my little girl wasn't best pleased it felt like it was rushed husband didn't even get chance to see the heart beat it was that fast won't be going back there again people go for reassurance and to make sure that there little miracle is OK not to come out feeling disappointed for the price you pay. They only seem to take there time if it's ur frist time off going at 59 pound they should take there time very dissatisfied with tonights scan

I've been to this baby bond when I was pregnant with my last baby. It was amazing. I hope to go again with this little one. I'm only 9 week.
