Yes rules are meant to be followed and they help to maintain order but l still feel just because we can not control everyone situation, l think it helps to assess situation
by situation . With a little bit of empathy and humanity , and flexibility that can help not just me but other patients as well. If we can not do it for our patients then who? I feel my case could have been handled differently considering l even offered to wait until everyone was done since it was fault. Surely that could not be done as well.

I would definitely recommend this company. Lynda the sonographer was welcoming, professional and made our first scan a really positive and reassuring experience. She was highly knowledgable. As well as having prints which were included, you even had the option of purchasing some short videos of the scan showing baby moving/ the heartbeat for only £1.99 which were thrilled with.

We had a great experience with Ultrasound Direct. Lynda was friendly and supportive , and the scan was really thorough with great explanation & images to take home. Really easy to book online and we enjoyed the option of digital copies of the scan too for a small fee. Thank you!

We were scanned by Sharmeon and assisted by Kate, both women were so helpful and friendly. We had the 4D scan and our baby wasn’t in a good position and they told us to have a walk around and a sugary drink and return in an hour. We got some wonderful pictures and would totally recommend this place. Second visit and will be returning if we have a baby number 2! X
