Highly recommend Gaile’s classes. She teaches in a group environment yet manages to give everyone individual attention. These are not just exercise classes, Gaile takes a holistic approach to mobility and effecting change. She is constantly learning and sharing. Gaile is the most friendly, professional and knowledgeable Pilates teacher. During her classes, she explains the movements carefully so that everyone has a clear understanding of exactly what they should do. She supports individuals, always taking into account their abilities and limitations. Sessions always include a variety of movements and a range of equipment, focussing on a different area each term, which keeps it interesting.
Since I’ve been with Gaile I feel that I know my body and how it works so much better. I have more flexibility, balance and a stronger core, thank you!

Gaile is an amazing teacher and knows the problem areas her clients have.She always suggests different ways an exercise can be done if a person is having difficulty. Gaile is constantly looking for ways to improve by keeping herself up to date with courses and latest techniques. Personally I have benefited from Gaile’s classes for over 15 years. She identified that I had scoliosis, a curvature of the spine, in the very first class I took with her. Pilates has helped strengthen my back and kept me pain free. Gaile has many exercises which help release neck and shoulder tension which have helped me immensely. I would highly recommend both the Zoom and live classes that Gaile teaches.

I am a RA sufferer and to help post my recent work retirement i started taking these classes. I cannot tell you how much they are helping me. Classes are fun, and challenging (in a good way), with plenty of support. Gaille is a great teacher with excellent knowledge and understanding. If you are thinking of trying please do in person or online are offered which is so good.

Gaile breaks down each movement, to help you know when you’re getting it right - and if you aren’t, she readily analyses what the problem is (even on Zoom) and puts you on the right track. My mobility has improved so much over the last four years: I can walk, run up and down stairs - and do back bends - readily and painlessly, which is great at the age of 75.

Go up
